yes, exbo itself dosent want "famers" and "new players" to compete, in there words u just sell ur gifts to make a profit....so only Long long time players (who have a lot of rubels) and people who cash in (buy season points / auction house stuff-> whats also a thing for long time players) can try to play high. or u just lose ur soul and farm 24/7. gl
