it doesn't let me buy trade coins at all. any fix?

you could earn them during the halloween event on EU and they just ported it over to us but you can get them in daily logins, YOU CANNOT BUY THEM.

theres a guy called the dealer in every npc hub, on the center right youll see a bunch of little icons if you flip to one of em thats where you spend the trade coins
