Meet the Jaundice, cant find Jaundice

I am in Orderly base, completing Orderly Day mission, died 7 times just to get there
And I cant find entrance to Jaundice, on different floors, rooms, i searched everywhere

I found it, you need to go to the storage room, then, in the end, in right side, you will find staircase, you go upstairs and you will find it in big room

There are arrows on the walls and glowstick which you must follow to not get lost. But not everyone's noticing them.
