Where are my twitch drops?

I heard there were twitch drops going on so i thought I'd try them.

I have followed every single step on this link https://support.exbo.net/help-center/articles/8/19/168/. Twitch? LINKED, game? LINKED, steam account? LINKED

I watch for the required amount of time and then try to log into my Stalcraft account.

Oh no! Error! "Authorization error. Please relog in to the game." it says very menacing shade of red text

Then after i finally actually log into the game, my mail currier very kindly tells me to ♥♥♥ off, as there is NO twitch drop waiting to reward me for my humble viewership.

So, what am i doing incorrectly? and how can i solve this?

OR is this twitch drop event just broken and an utter waste of my time? i have no clue as i haven't gotten it to work so any info would simply be fantastic!

Hey! Twitch drops are not broken, not recording any problems with them. I can recommend you to contact our technical support, which you can find here: support.exbo.net
