Weapons are ridiculously weak and bad

5 headshots at point blank range to kill an unarmored bandit? I mean, even if he was armored, more than 2 headshots is ridiculous. STALKER was always infamous for its bad combat and shooting, but it's somehow still way better than STALCRAFT's. Combaty in Stalcraft is extremely bad and doesn't feel fun or good.
They probably won't change this now, i'm very surprised y'all played this piece of ♥♥♥♥ for years like it was actually good or enjoyable. It isn't. Even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ roblox has better shooting lmao
The ONLY good thing this game has is being online, that's it, that'll all there is to it.
But hey you have the right to like it, i'm not saying you can't, but you gotta admit there isn't much of value here.
It didn't invent anythin, didn't bring naything new to the table, doesn't have good combat, doesn't have trading, doesn't have any RPG elements, base building or dynamic factions.. This game literally has nothing for it. Except being online. And now that I think about it, even though nobody ever talks or use mic, they could make 75% of these other players we see bots and no one would notice, hell, maybe they did it already lol

in the Past Everyone complained hard about head shots, They nerf the ♥♥♥♥ out of it cause of fricking noobs who get instant killed. Armour Values went up, Weapons Damage went down.

And now noobs like you cry you cant instant head shot crap anymore. With starting guns...lol.

I'm at Photon 2 rn and will probably stop here if combat doesn't get better soon. I got 500 hours on STALKER and much more on Anomaly, 17yo games that somehow have better combat than this lol
As I said, i'm sticking around to see if it gets better, but what's gonna happen? I'm gonna get better guns? But then the ennemies will get better armor, it will stay the exact ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ same. Also if you hate "crybabies noob" so much, then why are you against making the game less casual and better? Needing to put 13 headshots to kill a starved broke ass bot bandit is just ridiculous, there are no other words that can describe this. You're here casually needing to shoot 90 armor piercing rounds to kill 4 dudes around a campfire lol

edit : if your game can't be good in less than 20 hours then it's not worth playing. Wtf are you on? Implying that "yeah it sucks at first but gets better with end game gear" isn't an argument, if anything it's just a validation that it sucks in the first place

If you would prefer every combat encounter to be (head,eyes), then you're welcome to go back to Tarkov. This game isn't a carbon copy of your exact expectations and that's okay, but you'll find it a lot more fruitful to either modify your own expectations, or to go find something that more closely fits them.

Complaining in the forums that the game isn't exactly what you wanted however, isn't going to change much.

Actually people hate COD and warzone or whatever because of its ridiculously high TTK and way too forgiving armor system, also the last cod i bought and played on release was BO2, in 2012. Yeah, i already wasted 1500 hours on tarkov, no way i'm coming back after all teh ♥♥♥♥ they did, they don't deserve any money or time from anyone. But yeah, in the end Stalcraft just isn't for me, a die hard stalker fan. Lol.
Head eyes can be annoying a times, but still way better and less frustrating than 18 armor piercing 5.45 shots to kill a human. This game has no survival, no factions, no trading, nobody uses chat or does anyhing, bad combat and item management and for me the fun of discoverign a new zone got quickly overrun by all those things. Also ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the grind is just neverending. I got 150k rubles and literally nothing to spend it on, because the dudes who sell guns wants me to farm and bring them 150 rat's ♥♥♥♥♥ or herbs on top of the money and a previous version of said gun. Just take my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ money already

And yeah, thank God complaining on forums actually is useful. Guess where all these GAAS, MMORPGs and other indie games would be if they had zero feedback, probably in a way worse condition ^^

A lot of people enjoy Stalcraft and put thousands of hours in it...

The game is actually fine, i enjoy the "lower TTK/Headshot multiplier" and Exbo wont change it just because you don't like it but literally everyone else does.

Get gud or leave, but please spare the people with you wisdom and go back to your mainstream games just to complain about them....

Atleast you haven't had to deal with the mental retardation that goes on in the discord server. Not that Steam forums is much better though. Also, I too hate the stupid crafting system. And the new hideout crafting is completely useless and a waste of time.

Just make it so we have the option of paying double the price for an item or something.

they should of never nerfed the game to begin with, it was alright some time ago, before they changed all the damage on guns, my RPD went from doing 131 dmg to doing 31 dmg, and npcs didnt get nerfed along with the guns, so you are basically shooting a bullet sponge, and its all thanks to guys like this that complain, NOW the newer players DO NOT STAND A CHANCE because they will never get guns that do enough damage against high gear score players, very rarely will you be able to kill them, only from an ambush

when i was starting out as a new player, the high damage guns was the only thing stopping high level players from killing me and my friends constantly

That's not true. Devs giveaway almost top tier guns, purple armor and other useful stuff in BP, especially for nee players for free. So, new players stand a chance against old ones, ofc if they also have right artifacts and shooting skill.
