how do u use artifacts ?
do u have to equip them some how or just be in your inventory

Good evening! You need to barter a special container to use artifacts. After put them inside it and put container in backpack slot.

which npc do u talk to so u can get this container?

You need to interact with the same NPC from which you got weapons and armor.
