Bug in the Twins quest in the ZIVCAS storyline

During my fight with The Twins, I just kept on dying to the AA-12 twin but then after my 20th try or so as I was fighting the AA-12 twin and his clones, he just stopped respawning and then I hear a female voice and then a prompt telling me to enter the bubble. And the other twin isn't even anywhere to be found after this happened despite me not having defeated him yet. Is there a fix for this? Is it even possible for Exbo support to even reset the quest for me? I'd just like to complete this quest legitimately.

I know this post is necro but there's no "legit" way to fight them. The game spared you from the bs of dying 300 times trying to cheese the fight because that is the only way to kill them
