I need tools for my hideout!

How do I get the wrench set and pliers set?????? Are the stashes the ones I find on the scanner???? Do I need to go farther north for it??

I wondered the same thing, still not sure about how that's supposed to work, but I did not yet really get into the hideout stuff, might be just me overseeing something ...

This is an obvious solution, but still leaves me wondering, because somebody had to put the stuff on auction - for the sake of pointing to what I mean: How did the first player craft the Lab table? There has to be another way to obtain the materials.
(Also, I should add that I am pretty unexperienced and new to the north)

I discovered a new method of making prot. gear, which requires a workbench and some other tools (wrench set I think) without needing a lab.
