Controls are Bugged, No Key works except WASD.

Starting the game for the first time. default everything. i go to corpse in first room in CNPP with the corpse. interact - F it says. same in the control options. i press, nothing happens except that it is weapon inspection? cant open inventory, aim, shoot, just use WASD, lie down and jump. only 6 to 7 working keys. Even when rebinding interact to E, doesnt work. default in controls interact is F, but when pressing F it is inspecting the weapon.
reinstalled game, verified game files, i dont have a second PC to check if it is my system.

anyway here are the specs:
Ryzen 5800X3D
16GB DDR4 3600Mhz
PowerColor Radeon RX6950XT Red Devil
Seasonic Prime 1000W Gold
Mouse: Logitech G Pro Wireless & Corsair K63 Wireless. (tried different peripherals, doesnt matter)

My last try is to change every single keybind, restart game and see if it works.
Update: nope it doesnt. the prompt for interacting with the corpse changed, to my new keybind, but pressing it doesnt work. its completely broken.
