Question about Act I tickets

Will be be able to get Act I tickets from the next season pass in (probably) 3 days? Will Commerce NPC trades change? Should I buy Grace of Perun boxes or hold for next season rewards and hope for something better?

New ones will arrive, certainly, and based on the past they will replace the previous.

Hope is the best answer for everything in Stalcraft, but in this specific subject I would just buy the crates and auction it on the future.
