only vpn, but if ur friend use the vpn, he's must create new account ;(

Okay we just started we spent 5 mins trying to find each other but guess they are in the Russian server

Do you mean new steam account or game account?

you can play in RU using https://stalcraft.net/ launcher with your RU friend
if u uses steam to play Stalcraft you're playing SEA,EU,NA Global release of the game
global is Region locked if any RU attemted to play on Global gets blocked

yeah theres only russian language on the russian ver cant even set to english
