Where is the Courier at boathouse?

Hi!

There is no courier at the Boathouse. The first base where he is accessible is at Cordon (Garages for stalkers, Photon-2 for bandits). To unlock him you need to reach reputation level 2 at that base.

ok gotcha! Ya when I open up the boathouse layout, for some reason it says theres a Courier there "smooth". Thx for the reply! loving the game so far
