How to level up the garage

Hello I am new player and i want to buy an armor but it says base level is not high enough what should I do

you have to do "events" on maps like "rat nest" "dogs" or stuff like that

you will get barter items and then rep, with time you will get enough rep to increase level of reputation

you have to this in each base until you reach bar and there you get to bar 7 to join to a faction

The main way to grind reputation is indeed farming world events just like r21187 said. You can earn additional reputation by doing Main Story and side quests as well as daily quests and delivery contracts. Please also note that higher reputation levels will require you to venture further into the Zone. For example, to get the last level of reputation at your base in Cordon, you will need to farm world events in the Dump.

So, you're saying that if I have level 4, to get to level 5 I have to proceed to Dump. I'm asking because I've been delivering 5 packages and not getting reputation points.

pretty much, if you're doing events and not gaining any rep, you need to go to a 'higher level' area and continue the rep grind there
