It’s worth upgrade this 2 to+10? Or naah? (Iam close to level 7 at the bar )

No!

Don't upgrade anything past +5 until you hit endgame
master or pre-master gear
(pre-master being veteran gear (purple) that can be upgraded into master gear (red))

getting anything past +5 requires spare parts, and while the new event has given us a bunch of them they are SUPER rare and hard to get so don't use them until you are ready
