keeps saying Connection lost invalid assets

I am confused by this cuz just like an hour and a half ago I had logged on perfectly fine and player for like 10 minutes before jumping off to do something irl, I come back and now it gives me this message "connection lost, invalid assets close the game and try again" but it hasn't worked, I have restarted it multiple times
