Anomaly whisps are invisible

It's a known issue.

You can still collect Alpha and Gamma by doing Proto-Electro Clusters, and you can collect small amounts of all fragment types by scanning for caches. Between 24:00 and 5:00, wisps won't attack the anomalous installations, so you can still farm for them during that time-frame, but bear in mind that they -are- still present, so don't get yourself one-shot by the invisible wisps when you go back to the machine to take your rewards.

I havent seen a proto electro cluster in days lol

Because they only appear in Rostok, Fool's Path (Upper) and Army Warehouses (Upper). They don't show up in Pit/Forest, DeadCity/Graveyard or any of the North. So if you want Beta and Digamma Fragments, anomalous installations are going to be your main source.

i know were they spawn im in Duty and have M1A FA im saying i havent seen them in days...

What answer are you looking for exactly? Their spawn cycle hasn't changed, and you apparently know where they appear, so what piece of information is it you're looking for? For what reason did you share your anecdote.

Dude i was just stating i havent seen one in days, Its probably because everyones doing them instead of the bugged rifts...

crazy i do about 15+ a day on base runs to fools path sand pit. in fact some days i feel like they are always up
