Why am I walking so slow and cannot even sprint while playing the game?

As I was just casually just playing through, the walking and sprinting mechanics became slow.
It said it had something to with cinematic cameras in settings but there is nothing about that.
Does anyone know how to fix this

cinematic camera is F8, which makes your mouse movements very slow and smooth (for making videos) but doesn't affect your movement speed

It sounds like you picked up a few too many items, and couldn't sprint because of that maybe? If you press E to bring up your inventory, then mouse over the numbers at the bottom. For example, if it says "30 / 60 / 90" it means that you are currently carrying 30 kg of stuff, and if you reach 60 kg of stuff, you will move slower and not be able to sprint, and if you carry 90 kg of stuff, you won't be able to move at all I think.

Anyway, hopefully it's just that you were carrying too much stuff!
