Ears to the Ground
Killed Hole Punch after going in his cellar, now i'm stuck here and can't climb the ladder/reach the cellar door to get out. Is there another way out or do I have to blow myself up and lose all my ♥♥♥♥?

Figured it out, if anyone has this problem in the future. Jump on the shelf next to the ladder, then sprint and jump off while looking up at the door and it'll take you out.
