In the quest 'A fool's riddle' you get left a note with a very weird script.

I've yet to got a clue how to decipher this.
Anyone a clue?

The password during his dialogue should be King's Treasure or something, I haven't been to Bar yet myself

you have to go to dark valley and go to a camp where it looks like a ladder from the map view, and search for a half made tunnel, go to the right, now i need to find cepha and cant find him
