How the devs handle these, remains to be seen.
It's just fundamentally not what this game is about, or what Stalker itself is even about.
In stalker games, what's the benefit to killing human enemies? At most you usually get a handful of bullets, maybe some meds and food. Maybe if you're really lucky a slightly better condition part for your gun. It's not like Sidorovich goes, "HEY, you killed your 1,000th bandit! Here have a golden AK-47!" No it's just another day in the zone.
I mean the majority of PVP games have fundamentally meaningless PVP anyway. You run back and forth and kill each other all day and have fun, or don't. I don't think there should be any intrinsic reward for doing it other than because it's what you want to do. Otherwise it just encourages people to be toxic or exploit. Because as soon as there's a tangible benefit, people will start trying to farm it as much as possible by any means necessary.
A good example of which I think is the Dark Zones in the game "The Division". If the best gear/resources are in PVP zones, people start cheating, exploiting, abusing poorly designed/broken game mechanics all because they can get the best gear by doing it. Then it's just the rich get richer while the poor stay poor.
It's fundamentally bad for a games health and community to encourage that type of behavior.
Ultimately I think the way PVP is structured right now is perfect. If anything I think it could even be nerfed slightly to only dropping like half your ammo and meds. But even that isn't strictly necessary cuz meds and ammo are cheap as chips.
It's way more gratifying to actually take time working your way through the progression to get higher tier weapons and gear instead of just spending 5 minutes in-game and getting a lucky shot on a high geared player.
What you really mean is you want to troll people and ruin their experience.
All that would do is make the already ridiculous camping issues worse.
