My guess, Q4 2025 at the earliest. Decent chance they will move it to 2026 if they deem it necessary. Don't want another Payday 3 situation here and the devs noted this.

I'm only saying this because GTFO got it's first early access release 2 years after it's first trailers were released. December 2025 is exactly the 2 year time frame from the first announcement trailer which was December 12 2023.

But like I previously stated, they might move it into 2026 if they need some more time to polish.
