You cannot run two trains of two cars each without a proper loop, but if you do that it'll probably work as it should.
To fix this you'd need to delete all your wagon loaders and place them consecutively to each other without creating gaps.
If this doesn't fix your setup, please send your savegame from %LOCALAPPDATA%\AppData\Local\Oddsparks\Game\SaveGames to support@handy-games.com and please tell us the location (ideally with a screenshot from the map) of the bugged trainstation.
I don't remember how or in which order I built the wagon loaders initially, so I don't know if it was indeed the case you're describing or another one leading to this bug.
In a few cases I've tried changing the spark, the paths, the item being loaded/unloaded, deleting and re-creating the loader, deleting and re-creating THE ENTIRE STATION and it's still not worked.
Here's a clip showing one such example

Note Wagon 2 and 4 loaded AOK and I made that weird track to show it has all 3 'loading' edges and still isn't loading anything...
The only way I could make that work is by moving the station 1 space to the left or right and that makes connecting it IMPOSSIBLE
Note: whilst it worked when moved - it stopped working when moved back so it's something about that EXACT spot in the game...
We really do need a fix for this - I suspect it's related to the places you can't build tracks (nothing on the ground, you just get red "XXX" - particularly common near biome edges)...
Are there in-game coordinates available anyway and do you have a way I can send you a savegame or?
I've torn-apart that bit of the map now but I MIGHT have a savegame where it's current...

Here's a screenshot of a "cannot build a path" spot - with the map of it's location

and this is nearby - same issue, you cannot build a path for some reason

But I could not reproduce the wagon loader not loading. I built the station and loaders exactly like you and my hauling sparks on the paths would load the items into the wagons.
One thing I noticed:
Where you have a big crate for loading stuff into the third wagon, there is a ancient base in my new save file, not sure how that isn't there in your save file.
Did you check if the wagon that can't be loaded has the little side hatches open (it's not visible in the angle from your video)? When the loader isn't attached correctly (for whatever reason), they are closed and then can't be loaded/unloaded.
Save files are located under:
%LOCALAPPDATA%/Oddsparks/Game/SaveGames
There should always be 2 files, a ".sav" and a corresponding "_meta.sav".
