Weird audio out of sync on startup

I don't know what the heck is going on, but every time I try to boot up the game, I'm hearing either one of two things: an ad for tinnitus (like something you'd find off youtube with no adblock) or the sound of Chai going through one of Korsica's turbine challenges followed by Macaron's wall break and Peppermint shooting a target.

What on earth am i supposed to do? should i reinstall the game?


*EDIT* Nevermind. Turns out i still had a browser tab open from last time. that's what was tripping me up
