Bug during fight in fisk tower with the Underground

So I'm on my 3 run, and I've seen this bug every time I played the mission, during this one fight, where I'm fighting the Underground (or stealth takedowns, your pick) and I get to the last few guys and this one Underground person will get stuck in the top pillar of the floor rock things. I don't know if this is just a technical bug, or if the NPC is supposed to jump there and gets stuck, but maybe you should try fixing this. Thanks!
