How can I delete game save and create new game?

I'm trying to delete game savings but can't delete using game interface with gamepad or mice and keyboard. There is no this kind of option.
Also I can't find a way to do create new game. Do you have this option in the game interface? Do I am only one can't do this basic operation.

I think this is a essential thing must have this game. Because Playstation version have this option!

Your save games are located in the Windows Documents folder. The path will be similar to this: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales\

If you remove the save game files from this folder, you can start a new game.
