Underground base cache is missing

So, apparently my version of the game is just not spawning the Underground cache which is located in the building site base on Upper East Side.

I've checked online and apparently the cache is supposed to be in that corner, but it's just... not in my game. I've tried existing and restarting the game, I've been coming back to check on it every once in a while, I've even tried verifying my game files or playing the game on my Steam Deck, but neither of those two helped. That cache just will not spawn no matter what I do.

If someone knows of a fix for this, I would much appreciate it.

You have to try again this mission. It appears only when mission is active.

... you've got to be freaking kidding me. That's how the crates work, they just move themselves in and out depending of if you're in a mission or not? That's beyond idiotic.

Anyway, thanks for tip, I'll try doing that as soon as I can get back in the open world. Which might take a while since I'm stuck in the boss fight against the Prowler because hitting them with a Venom Strike, or attacking their freaking hologram dummies causes the game to crash.
