That is why I wrote that you should not use DLSS, as this is one of the causes and it is already known.
I'll write it again: It's due to NVIDIA graphics cards (tested with RX 6600 XT and RTX 4060 TI). To minimize flickering, set Reflex and DLSS to off and Anti-Aliasing to TAA (maximum).
So DO NOT use NVIDIA features like DLSS and antialiasing SMAA or TAA to minimize it (you cannot fix this completely as this is an issue with NVIDIA graphics cards)
