You also failed to tell any of your specs, so there's no way anyone is going to give you a definitive answer. See if you meet the minimum system requirements, but in your case, I wouldn't suggest spending the money.
that would explain the 10fps.
or they have a really old graphics card which would also explain the low fps.
I'm not exactly sure how to check my specs but here's what I *did* manage to find
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6600U CPU @ 2,60 GHz 2,80 GHz
16GB of installed RAM with 15.8 being usable
64 bits
It's a laptop btw
to check your GPU go to your task manager and then performance. It'll list it. Keep in mind though, that a laptop gpu wont be the same as a desktop. I have a 3060ti in my desktop and a 3060 in my laptop and they are not the same gpu.
certainly not good for gaming. plus the cpu is dual core.
