How do I open the FNSM app on an Xbox Controller?

I did the tutorial yesterday but I completely forgot how to open the FNSM app on an xbox controller. I'm trying everything and google just has results for PS4. I can't even find key mapping for controller settings in game?

Hold down the select button. If you press it then you get the map; however, if you hold it then you get the FNSM app.

Hey sorry for the late reply. I figured out that it wasnt opening because I was doing a mission or something, can't remember. But thank you
