Game save corrupt after doing the stealth challenge?

Hey. Early on when starting the game, is anyone else having an issue with their game save becoming corrupt after doing the Stealth Challenge?
Basically, I did the stealth challenge up to the amazing level. Then if I try to either redo or exit the challenge, the game crashes. Then after that, I'm unable to load my game save. ☹️

The game has issues with auto saves and latest patch doesnt necessarily fix the issue. You have to frequently manual save your progress to avoid this issue. Otherwise you are basically screwed and have to start over.

I am wondering the same thing but yeah my method is a sure safe way to avoid losing progress... I never fast travelled (other than the mandatory one) and always loaded a manual save from the menu when resuming or wanting to retry a challenge (manual saved before every challenge in case I mess up)
