Can you get everything in one playthrough ?

Hello,

I would like to know if you can get every unlockable things in one playthough ?
Because I just finished the main story and unlocked NG+.
In order to get the locked skills, I have to start again in NG+
But I don't want to farm all the collectibles and side quest now, and then to have to do them all again in NG+.

Can I jump in NG+ immediately and only do the side quests and get the collectibles in that second playthough, or will I miss something to unlock everything ?

I'm playing thru Miles Morales currently - if it's like in Amazing Spider-Man, the collectibles will respawn in NG+, but if you already got them all in your first playthrough, you can just ignore them. But if you're bothered by the collectibles littered across the map, I'd wait til NG+
