This seems to be bugged. I can't rip open the doors. Searching via google revealed that this is an issue persisting since the first version on PS4/5. And it is not fixed 2 years later? Wow.

If it's the one I think it is, I was puzzled by the doors too but then found that there were breakable crates blocking a hole in the wall and got into the building that way. Then AFTER I'd got the goods, the prompts appeared to allow me to LB+RB the doors open, even though I had no need of them by that point.

Yeah I don't think that is the one. However it let me in AFTER I finished the "Sidequest" of getting the trains back on track. Don't know why but oh well I got it now
