Refresh rate is 59.997hz in windows display settings and set to "highest available" in NVIDIA control panel. I also chose the most optimized settings in Geforce Experience and have the latest driver.
It seems to mainly affect cutscenes. I don't see a lot of tearing while swinging around, but there is a tear going almost constantly through cutscenes. It's the damnedest thing.
should keep an eye on your fps tho through something like msi afterburner or fraps cuz apart from higher fps than your refresh rate can handle, idk what else can cause screen tears
Turned off Vsync in the game settings and used NVidia control panel to set Vsync to "fast" and it's so far so good.
