can't download game

my game will download till about 96% then steam will crash and everytime i try to continue it'll again have tried downloading 3 times now.

internet speed?
hdd potato or ssd
windows version?
amount of porn/viruses/virus software on ssd?
etc.

ssd
windows 10
and nothin

don't think it is a spec thing, I've seen two other posts with this exact thing but with no results and from research the ps5 version has an issue that is similar if not the exact same however the solution for that is to clean the disc which I obviously can't do

I have the exact same issue... I have asked for help from Support. Useless so far

So I ended up getting it to work, all I did was change the storage it was being downloaded to. Dunno why that worked as they were both ssd and they both work fine for downloading other games and playing so could just be some bad bug.
