Stuttering Character Animations?

**edit: solved, I was silly and it is a suit upgrade that I did not read. Leaving up in case anyone else is also as unobservant and confused as me** Only the player character is stuttering, almost looks like a flip-book or comic style to the animations on Miles, at first I thought maybe part of the game style but it is really out of place and JUST for the Miles and not in any cut scenes or anything. I also noticed it didn't start happening until after the first intro mission, no other NPC's are doing this. I have steady frames and everything else is stable, but cannot find a setting that will clear this up. I will try a new save and see if it once again starts at the same spot, but just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing similar, or has a fix?

Just unequip that visor upgrade. It just renders 2D comic book style effects.

I did the same thing. Uninstalled and reinstalled assuming something was broke. It's a naff mod as it just looks like the game is laggy.

Holy hell... thank you for leaving this post up, I've been diagnosing my entire PC for something that could have been causing this. Now I just feel stupid.
