Were they offering 3 new SP to put into skill tree? got a bit confused there

I'm not Worried, I pre- ordered- but straight away forgot about SPs , so I started doing missions and got a few level- ups, purchased some upgrades..... uess I'll just work out how much points I spent prior to realising I got more than my actual level
