1) Reinstall the game - something might've gone wrong in the installation process
2) Right-click Harvestella (If you have it's page pulled up click the cog on the right) and
select Properties. In the Installed Files tab choose to verify the files' integrity - I think it
searches for files that are missing?
3) In Properties, in the General tab there should be advanced launch settings at the bottom
(There will be a blank space by default). Enter one of these 3 codes (Not sure if it's case
sensitive but I entered them lowercase. Also, the dash MUST be included). There's no
need to press enter after entering a code just close the Properties window and launch the
game. If you want to make sure just reopen Properties and check if the code is still there.

I'm not sure about issues with progress INSIDE of Heaven's Egg, but this got rid of the crash when I was trying to enter the area.
Then again,I am still shocked that my old PC struggled to get through heaven's egg, and surprisingly, my old PC was also able to get through Heaven's Egg after I did multiple fixes for my game, and after Harvestella also got some bug fixes via patches that the Devs pushed out. I am actually doing pretty well on both accounts, since both my old PC and new PC can get through it now.
thank you for the tips, i tried enter the -dx12 and it works :)
