Are Cucumbles 7 times harvestable? Wont they be destroyed before that?
Are you planning to consider products resulting out of harvestables?
For example: Hops is superior in summer, you will be able to harvest starting at day 8 until day 30 for a total of 23 times. With a lvl 2 fermenting barrel 9 hops can be turned into 9 "beer" that sell for 100+ each. With this the daily income per plant is 100g or 2.300/season for a total of 1.700+g. It will not be able to outprofit Garlic, 4 Harvests net a total of 1.400 without any gold procude/spot. but the g/day is nice.
A small fix for your list for summer:
Numblemon, as all 1 cell fruit like grapes too, can be harvested daily when in season after matured. Considering planting time in the first season you can harvest a total of 24 times in planting season, 30 times each following year. You break even with just selling the fruit, turning it into jam will max your profits considerably, tho. 10 fruit turn into 4 jelly. I didn't write down the profit, tho :/
I made an interactive spreadsheet back in my SDV days for g/day:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QF0ZjGERtn327CY6bI56-P0mgjKKMxIDG-3THWCq7ZA/edit?usp=sharing
If you're ok with it, I'd like to use your collected data for a spreadsheet im working on at the moment
It would be cool to include profits for products made from crops but at this point I have found something like making flour to be a loser. May change as I get more advanced machines.
Please feel free to use my data. I have been updating as I progress thru the game.
Now not all processing increases prices, the best example being Vegetable Juice that is made using the Fermenting Barrel. It takes every vegetable (I think over half the things you can grow), and turns it into Vegetable Juice that only sells for 40, making it not worth doing until you have the level 3 Fermenting Barrel that takes 25 ingredients and gives you 36 juice, and even then, most things that turn into Vegetable Juice still will not be worth it.
The general best processing for profit is making Jam, but vegetables have the same problem here as they make generic Vegetable Jam (used in a couple of cooking recipes) that only sells for 245, taking 3 ingredients in a level 1 Jam Maker to make one Jam.
Trees on the other hand, the Jam made from their fruit will generally be very profitable, and the Juices made have various useful effects, such as a curing debuffs.
When you unlock them, the Waterside and Cave biomes are actually really good for money. My Waterside Biome crop of choice is Nectarcane made into Sugar, but they are all good, and my Cave Biome crop of choice is Curry Herb made into Curry Spice, and of course Revol Pepper into Black Pepper is also good. Honestly, the Biomes are just great money makers, allowing you to grow whatever you wanna cook on the main farm.
