Can't Enter Quietus Dungeon

So when my first Quietus came it was within hours of launch and the game gives no tutorial message inteoducing the dungeon. Due to that I didn't know where it was, well I have learned where it is but I am now at the 2nd Quietus (end of summer), however whenever I try to enter I am met with "There are other things you could be doing right now"

I'm in Chapter 4 but i don't get why it isn't letting me into the dungeon. It wouldn't happen to be due to a certain person being kidnapped is it? I didn't save them, for those not that far I am keeping my wording of those events vague to avoid spoilers. For those at or past that please don't spoil it in here.

Anyways why am I unable to go in? It is Quietus, the thing is glowing and refuses...this is a bit frustrating considering I didn't even get to go the first Quietus thanks to the game not communicating anything to the player about it. Which is its own issue when everything else is very transparent.

Yes, it is. There's a cutscene in there that demands that character.

Also, you are the third person posting on this subreddit, total, to know that dungeon exists. I've been keeping quiet about it until other people post about it.

Considering the dungeon was heavily marketed before launch I frankly wouldn't worry about the mentioning of said dungwon itself. But shoot..so I need them back.

Wow I thought I could take my time a bit more finally since I have the faeries guess not. Thank you for the info...shame they are so informative wi tu everything in game BUT this dungeon now I have to skip the day to save them just to unlock it.

While it was marketed beforehand, the game itself does try to keep it a secret and actively prevent you from finding it at first.
