Istina's story seems to be stuck
After part 3 she doesn't seem to be giving more quests. Says to meet her at the Orphanage, but nothing happens when I go.

She's fine, wait for her mail. Some quests won't trigger until you have their destination unlocked. Istina's didn't continue for me until the the unicorn quest line kicked off
