How do i destroy a wall of plants?

If you are talking about heaven's egg walls, you find potions corresponding to the plant color. Find the potion, and then you can destroy the wall.

look on the same floor of the wall u want gone for a chest with it in it

When story doors are blocked by dungeon items (and not crafted items!), the item to unlock said blockage is in the same area (the plant doors are not the only thing like this; there's some key stuff too). A lot of the time it's behind one of the FEAR monsters.

Hey, perhaps i am too stupid^^ I did like you said with 3 plantwalls but now the last one say...all potions dont work........mmm what did i wrong?? pls help again^^

The last wall you will have a blue potion, but it's red so that potion will not work (the blue one is for a later door)

However if you explore everything before that last door you should find another red potion somewhere (don't remember where) which will open that wall.
