cannot connect to the network error

so since yesterday i have been having this problem where when i try to open asphalt and after openin and just this error shows up when its connecting to the servers please someone help me and yes i have tried to fix this from youtube but nothing seems to work

Turn off your firewall or allow Asphalt 9 connection to your firewall. If those two methods doesn't work try to reboot your PC and make sure you verify all the game files and try to launch the game again.
