esse erro persiste e nao obtive nenhuma resposta do suporte do game. Ja estou quase desistindo e desinstalando. Tenho mais de 700 horas de game, e estou decepcionada com toda essa situação

Someone gave me a tip, and it worked. Use VPN that goes back to normal. It worked for me. You can use vpn log the game and then disable it that goes back to normal.

I tried using a VPN with different countries for 2 days now... no success... thank you for your tip anyway.

I used the Microsoft Edge browser VPN, an extension called BROWSEC. Did you ever use that one?

No, I used another one that I already uninstalled. It was PlanetVPN. But I am sure it worked well because I checked with different other apps and they were all passing through a proxy on the choosed country. A great thumbs up for your help anyway. ;-)

Ok, here is some info for the folks that have this same issue:
-look for the game files in the "steam folder" and the "windows users - AppData - Local" folder
-uninstall the game
-delete all the remaining files in the previous folders
-restart your computer
-reinstall the game
-restart the computer
-launch your game
That solved the issue.
Only uninstalling and installing again without manually deleting the files was not working for me.
