Stutters and even freezes

Before the update from few days ago, the stutters were bearable, and frame rate was even sometimes constantly smooth as butter, but now whatever how I adjust the graphic settings, the stutters are so severe, even with one time of freezing, for about 1 to 2 seconds.

I love this game, but I have almost never experienced constant frame rate during matches, and now the usual stutters and occasional freezes make me feel very frustrated. Nobody wants fps drops in a racing game.

Anyone knows any solution? Appreciated very much.

I finally tried to change the resolution from 4K to 2K, but the stutters were still existed. I tried the game on Steam Deck, and stutters also existed on Steam Deck.
