Honestly, I enjoy the game pad (Xbox controller)

It's just nice having all the buttons to navigate around
all in one spot, although anyone who uses a keyboard
could probably say the same. :)

I have ICobra (Ps4, Ps3, Pc, Android adaptable) adono but i prefer my snakey boi.

Gamepad would suit the best for an arcade game. Keyboard might not be as flexible in controls as GP. Not even talking about a steering wheel, because there would be too much movement for it.
