can i use my account that i use in my android phone with unlocked cars and everything its google play account over 3-4 years old do i have to link it with something or is it just not possible?

Its possible You can link Your android account on steam.
You need go in game options on android (Gameloft Connect) and generate code, then go the same option on steam, input code from android device and link account.
