Steam version is working on unlimited framerate.
In the Game Settings in the Sound & Display section is Framerate, you can set it at 60/120/120+ fps.
Game working in 360 fps without any problems if You have capable PC and monitor.
Below I've uploaded a video with instructions for confirmation.

nah only 30/60
I uploaded a video on YT because I don't like being accused of lying.
You'll see me launching the game on Steam and you'll see my options.
In 4K my monitor works at max 280hz, I turned on the fps counter, you can see the current fps in the upper right corner of the screen.
Maybe this setting in the game depends on the capabilities of the graphics card, my setup is RTX4090, I9 13900K.

What determines this setting is the Monitors refresh rate, not the GPU or any other.
Only a 144hz monitor will unlock the 120/120+ FPS option in Settings, all the others are locked to 60...period.
(As my reply to you in my post just now, the Microsoft Store version (Updated lately) locks to the Monitors capable FPS unlike Steam's 60 all time)
So even though my Steam version says 120+fps, it's actually 60fps? I have a 144Hz Monitor though.
No, if you select 120FPS/+ option, you will get the desired FPS (If it can maintain it though)
The issue is with users who has Monitors supporting more than 60hz such as 75hz & 100hz ones, they are still stuck with 60 nonetheless in steam version.
Although last update for store version locks FPS out to Monitor's capable value even though in setting's it still says "60/30", only valid for Microsoft Store version (At current)
You can check the FPS you get using any statistics viewer, the Steam has built-in FPS viewer.
Easiest check in Main menu to check to which the FPS is locked at, since In-game the FPS will fluctuate horribly.
Bro said he had a 144hz monitor but doesn't have the option.
