Only Arcade? No Open World?

Is this game just an arcade, the same tracks over and over again? It's a very uninteresting game then. It's like GRID, only the graphics are better there (in GRID I mean).

The developers should add an open world or free run option in this game, then it would be much more fun, especially playing with friends
