From what is happening ,it will only open with a high end Pc , because most people who use a mid range pc are not able to open the game , without saying that i contacted support and they didn`t even get back to me , more and more i have the impression that anyone with a weak pc won`t have acess to games they had .

The strangest thing is that on the gameloft website it is saying that, whoever was unable to open the game on the microsoft store and to use the steam one that is working , wich is also used on the pc , i can only believe that there is no way to play this game but with my current pc , unfortunately i must lose all the progress and what i have achieved.

For the time being I can't figure out a way to make the game run on DX11. So if your iGPU/GPU solution doesn't support DX12 you're toast. If you have a chance to play on Linux try Proton to see if it helps you.

Most igpus with DX11 don't have Vulkan, I've tried to run it on Linux(my card doesn't support DX12 and also doesn't support Vulkan) the game opens in both modes but freezes on the loading screen only with the music

I have the same problem. With 3rd generation i3 8gig RAM notebook, I was able to play Asphalt 9 last month without any problems, and now the Asphalt Unit does not even turn on.

At home Unite won't work. But down to my brothers it works fine. we have similar computers..His is overall a little faster. Given unite works on his old cell phone 3-4 years old I am confused why it wouldn't work on my computer. I know steam was warning they were no longer going to support windows 10...I believe it was after a certain date, but all my games work fine on that computer.

They are going to lose soo many players over this. I spent money on the game for every season, and I know we aren't the only ones with this problem..most people just say screw it and find a new game...but i cant find anything close..any suggestions? any other steam games similar to asphalt 9 legends.

MS store version is chunky af. Steam version is buttery smooth.
Couldn't get mine to update so un/reinstalled and works fine.

I have a pretty good computer, namely the RX 5600XT and R5 5600G and 16gb of RAM, I have enough of it to play normal games. But despite this, this port from mobile phones refuses to work normally, namely the Shanghai map. The game freezes, followed by a black screen and a crash, and this stuff ruins my computer.
