Error 2-0-0-0-404

i dont have bad internet connection, there is something wrong with the game. Having this error since start of feb, i have missed so many events :(

tried clearing cache as someone said in another guy's comments who had the same problem
tried reinstalling the game
tried checking integrity of files
tried contacting gameloft support
but no solution. kindly help

Close Steam.
Change settings to show hidden and system files.
Find folder:
Users\"your user folder"\AppData\Local\Gameloft\Asphalt 9 Legends\
Delete cache folder
Start the game

Try play for xbox in pc

You don't need a console, it's the Xbox store integrated into Windows, or Microsoft too

If your operating system is Windows, you use Microsoft Store, search for Asphalt 9 and install it.
Then you search for Xbox and if your computer already has it installed, just create an account from there, follow the steps it tells you and that's it. You can now use Asphalt 9 with an Xbox account without having a console.

If you did not connect your account with another platform it is possible, what I would recommend is that you ask a friend who has the game (on Steam), allow you to log in with your account and generate a code, then go to the account you created on Xbox and you click on entering the code, the game data on Steam is transferred to the Xbox one, and for security you can also create the Gameloft account :)

I also have that problem, I can't play from Steam, it comes out that I don't have internet but I do have xd what I did was download the game from the Microsoft Store and create a new account from 0 since it doesn't let me link my Steam progress, I also tried to send an email to gameloft support but I didn't get a response

I recommend you carry out the steps explained above, if you want to connect the progress, you generate the code from the platform with the highest level and activate the code from the Xbox account, you can also check if the DNS connection of your internet is taking the fastest, this to have a better gaming experience. The DNS you download on the web is called DNSJumper; To use it you must open the connections, choose the fastest one, click apply and then accept.
